Lizzy gave a talk at the Macquarie University “Future of the human landscape” conference today. The conference also included lots of other inspiring talks that resonate with our values at Living City Science, such as thinking about how to appreciate and engage with urban nature.
Invertebrates such as insects and spiders are essential components of our ecosystems. So why do so many people insist on killing them?
Presenter Dr Lizzy Lowe will explore the wonderful world of invertebrates and explain how we can help these good bugs survive in our cities.
